Field Engineering Assistance
If a station problem cannot be resolved through the joint efforts of station and Depot personnel (and manufacturer's personnel, if applicable) by telephone, stations may request field service assistance. Requests should be made to the Deputy Director of Engineering at 202.513.2603. The cost of this field engineering assistance (expenses, such as airfare, freight charges for test equipment, hotel, meals, rental car, etc.) must be assumed by the station requesting it.
