NPR Distribution, Managers of the Public Radio Satellite System

Technical Support

Technical Support NPR Distribution provides comprehensive support for its interconnection and distribution services. PRSS Technical Support is available to answer questions about the ContentDepot and about sending and receiving ContentDepot messages. We also operate a Satellite Equipment Maintenance and Repair Depot for repair of station-owned satellite equipment.

In the event of a system emergency, status information will be available via the prss.org home page as well as through emergency messaging.

The PRSS Help Desk is available by telephone at 800.971.7677 or 202.513.2677. The Help Desk is also available through email: prsshelp@npr.org.
