Termination

If a station wishes to cease using the satellite system, it must send written notice to NPR within 60 days' notice. This notice will terminate the station's Interconnection Agreement as of the effective date determined by NPR.

If a station fails to pay its account within 90 days of invoicing and has not contacted NPR to arrange a payment plan, NPR will contact the station and its licensee to obtain payment. If an acceptable response is not received, NPR will give written notice to the station and begin termination proceedings immediately.
