The extensive technical resources and expertise of the PRSS can assist interconnected stations maintain their downlink and uplink equipment as well as expand their coverage.

Equipment Sales
High quality public radio equipment is available for purchase from the PRSS.

Audio equipment Satellite Equipment Repair and Maintenance
The Satellite Equipment Maintenance and Repair Depot is operated by NPR Distribution at its headquarters in Washington, DC. The Depot provides telephone consultation, module repair, and maintenance service for certain station earth terminal equipment.

The PRSS Technical Support Desk is available during business hours by telephone at 800.971.7677 or 202.513.2677. Voicemail is available at these numbers during non-business hours. The Support Desk is also available through email: prsshelp@npr.org.
