RE:	RESULTS OF NPR BOARD ELECTION

I am pleased to report the results of the balloting for the election of three Member Directors to the NPR Board of Directors. Following is a list of the candidates beside which is the number of votes cast for each one:

** Tie vote for third position - A runoff election for third position will be scheduled by the Chairman in consultation with the Board pursuant to NPR Bylaws Section 4.4(e).

In addition, voters confirmed the elected Public Directors by the vote indicated below:

Lyle Logan	For - 165	Against - 4
Howard Stevenson	For - 159	Against - 12
Judith Winston	For - 175	Against - 4

In addition, voters ratified the elected Non-Board D/I Committee Members by the vote indicated below:

Steve Rowland	For - 230	Against - 10
Dale Spear	For - 231	Against - 9
