New ContentDepot®  Messaging System Beta

At the office or on the road, you can now receive ContentDepot messages where ever you go! The PRSS is very pleased to announce the ContentDepot messaging system pilot.

The new system -- developed in consultation with station representatives and producers – delivers messages to the destinations you specify, rather than requiring you to visit a centralized archive (e.g., WebDACs). You can provide the email and/or mobile device address(es) you want to use when you set up your message preferences.

PRSS will be completing testing of the new messaging system during this beta phase. During the beta, you are welcome to optionally use the ContentDepot messaging system, while designated beta testers in the station and producer community provide us with metrics and feedback. However, it is important to remember that WebDACS remains the PRSS messaging system of record and is the only place where all messages will continue to be received.
