Setting up Your Message Delivery Preferences in ContentDepot®- Navigate to the Mail Preferences tab of the user profile. (If you are editing your own preferences, click Preferences in the Mail section of the left navigation and re-enter your password to get to the Mail Preferences tab.)
- Click on the
next to Urgent/Time Critical Messages. - Fill in the Email Address and/or Mobile Device information you want to use.
- Check the checkboxes next to the email and mobile address(es) you want to use for this delivery type.
- Repeat steps 2 and 3 for additional delivery types as needed.
- Repeat this process for Routine, Operational Messages
- Click the Save Changes button.

Opting Out of Certain Delivery Types: To opt out of a delivery type, leave the address fields blank or uncheck the associated checkboxes.
Temporarily Disabling Message Delivery: If you are on vacation or want to temporarily halt message delivery to your email or mobile device, uncheck the boxes associated with those addresses.
